Of course its always partially a lottery but the atmosphere was just off. The volunteers were nice and at my disposal, but altogether the place felt quite cold and unwelcoming at the time of my stay. The owner / manager woke me up abruptly in the morning claiming I didnt have a booking + didn't pay + slept in a wrong bed (all untrue), made me instantly go to the reception and prove I'm not a fraud. Could've been a bad day but also I've never been treated like that before.

Extremely affordable accomodation with really friendly staff. However there is no air con which made the room extremely hot. The light in the bathroom on our floor didn’t work and the glass from the shower could be seen through as it had come away from the frame. It must be noted that these were fixed by our second day. The staff are really lovely and the accommodation is affordable. Just don’t expect anything luxury. You get what you pay for.
