Summary of traveller reviews

Ostello Torino offers friendly staff and a decent breakfast, though some guests find the location a bit out of the way. Rooms can be basic, and occasional issues with cleanliness and cigarette smoke are noted.

The room and the breakfast were alright. The bathrooms were not that great, to be honest – there was mold, ants and various spider webs there.

Complimentary breakfast was a nice feature, though it's more like a simple snack. In terms of facilities, it really is just a place to stay the night -- nothing more or less really. It's a fair deal for the price, but a bit of a hike from main attractions in Turin.

as others have said, the rooms smell of cigarettes. it is not strong and i could manage with the window open. if it weren't for that this place would be fine for the price. other notes: general vibe is haunted with ghosts of olympis past, close enough to the train for the location not to matter, there is no laundry, the basic free breakfast was better than i expected, the bathroom smelt bad, was nice to have a towel included, staff were quite friendly.
