We have shared and private bathrooms, as well as external bathrooms available if needed. Shared rooms have lockers, power outlets, and individual reading lights for each bed.

We are located just one block from the beach — as soon as you step outside, you are facing the sea!

In our common area, we have a swimming pool, a viewpoint overlooking the sea, and a bar serving drinks and cold beer. On weekends, we also host parties with live bands and DJs.

*Payment Policy:*
A prepayment of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in.
Payment can be made by paypall (we will send a link)

*Cancellation Policy:*
Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.
No-show: no refund.

*Check-in:* from 14:00 to 17:00.
*Check-out:* from 08:00 to 12:00.
