Wake Up Hostel in La Paz is praised for its excellent central location and very friendly, helpful staff. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and hot showers. Some recent feedback notes issues with bathroom cleanliness and a persistent unpleasant smell.

Only positive thing about hostel is the two very sweet ladys at reception, + location. The hostel constantly have this smell of poop. Showerdoor was so rotten it fell apart. Not all bathrooms had soap/toiletpaper. Man at breakfast is treating the food like it's his own money and refuse to give you a second bread, the lady would offer second. One night the man at reception locked himself into the room, turned on the lights and asked all girls for their names, wich was weird and uncomfortable.
