Dar Khatib

Dar Khatib is a traditional house from the beginning of the 19th century. It has a special Andalusian architecture and a patio-lounge (nowadays) with 4 columns. Very bright, it has a facade facing the garden (except one room facing the alley of the old medina) that allows you to see the city of Tetouan, its mountains and the sea of Martin. A very cozy and pleasant place to stay and rest. With the large terrace/balcony, enjoy the sun and a panoramic view outside towards the whole city, the mountains and the sea.

Dar Khatib has 8 private bedrooms, with double and/or single beds, some with the possibility of adding a crib, and share common areas such as the living-dining area, the toilets, the terrace and the garden.

Dar Khatib Policy and Condition:

Cancellation policy: 72hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 (23.00 summer time).
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.
