About

Rainbow hostelier is owned and operated by the Tak family from Leh. Rainbow Hostelier came into existence in the year 1974 just after Ladakh was first opened to visitors from around the world in 1972. At that time this family guest house was first opened by Mrs. And Mr. Gulam Mustafa Tak. Now, this guest house is fully assisted by Mr. Gulam Nabi Tak son of Mrs And Mr. Gulam Mustafa Tak. Operated & managed by Mr. Tausef Tak, grandson of Mrs And Mr. Gulam Mustafa Tak who transformed the family guest house into a backpackers hostel.

This guest house is associated with Rainbow Summer Adventure Leh, executed by Mr. Gulam Nabi Tak. You will be welcomed in this pleasant Hostel by the Tak family, and we assure you of an enjoyable and unforgettable traditional Ladakhi hospitality in a modern way.

Fantastic and friendly hostel in Leh, 5 minute walk from the heart of the city. Friendly staff and spacious rooms (private rooms are worth the extra cost), some intermittent problems with hot water but nothing you can’t cope with!
