Summary of traveller reviews

Pelangi Capsule Hostel in Johor Bahru offers a unique capsule experience, praised for its comfortable beds and good air conditioning. It's a budget-friendly option, especially for those travelling to Singapore. However, recent reviews frequently mention significant cleanliness issues in bathrooms and common areas, and a lack of visible staff presence.

Disappointed. The staff operate entirely through WhatsApp so I didn’t see a single staff member in my two nights there which made check in a bit stressful. There is very limited social area and everyone keeps to themselves, bathroom was pretty dirty and not near my room, no security to get in building but pods are secure for sleep but no baggage storage so bring padlocks! Fine for a cheap night stay to go into Singapore which is what I did, only positives was great aircon and pod security.

Hi - do not recommend. Someone tried to get into my pod at 1am. The place was unclean with ants, flys and dirt everywhere. The vibe was entirely chilling.
