We are a sustainable coliving space that inspires guests to reduce their carbon footprint in a beautiful and minimalist environment, ideal for resting or remote work. Guests have free access to the kitchen, meditation or self-care room, and workspace.

Located in the city of Osorno in the Los Lagos Region, just steps away from the city center or main square, there are many clothing and food stores, banks, a casino, cafes, and pubs, as well as three large parks for outdoor enjoyment and five museums. The city is 40 to 60 minutes away from various natural paradises.

We primarily cater to digital nomads, but young and retired tourists also enjoy our space. Our rooms are decorated with sustainable artisanal designs,, both the furniture and bedding are handmade, and each room has a motivational phrase that seeks to inspire travellers and information about the city of Osorno. Each guest is provided with clean sheets and towels upon arrival.

Punto Rockstar Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in is 16:00 hrs from Monday to Thursday and Sunday. Check-out 11:00 a.m. the morning after your reservation
