Aldeia Caicara

Our house consists of two shared rooms, each with two bunk beds, and one private room with a double bed. We have two shared bathrooms in total.

Our kitchen is spacious and equipped for guests to cook with ease. Our living room is super comfortable and perfect for resting, jam sessions, watching tv, or exchanging ideas with other guests. On cold days, just turn on the fireplace to warm up the room. Also, this year we have a new cozy coworking space with a good wifi connection, where you can work or realize your projects.

Thank you for considering our guesthouse for your stay.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern the relationship between you and the guesthouse. By making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Payment upon arrival by cash.
Breakfast not included - 10 EUR per person per day.

General:
Reception: from 10:00 to 21:00
No curfew.

Prices and Taxes: All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. The guesthouse reserves the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
Payment is required upon check-in, and a valid credit card or cash deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment must be made in the local currency unless otherwise agreed upon. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon.

Traveling with Minors:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The guesthouse reserves the right to refuse service to anyone traveling with minors who cannot provide proof of legal guardianship.

Accessibility or Special Needs:
The guesthouse is committed to providing a comfortable and accessible stay for all guests. Please inform us in advance of any special needs or accessibility requirements so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Parking:
Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The guesthouse is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked on the premises.

Hotel Events:
The guesthouse may host events that could affect the comfort of your stay. We will do our best to notify you in advance of any such events and their potential impact. Dispute Resolution/Issues:
Any issues or disputes should be brought to the attention of the guesthouse management immediately so that we can address them promptly.

Use of Personal Information: The guesthouse will collect and use your personal information by applicable privacy laws. By making a reservation with us, you consent to the use of your personal information to fulfill your reservation.

Liability: The guesthouse is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property during your stay. We also reserve the right to charge you for any damage caused to the property during your stay.

Force Majeure: The guesthouse shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Third-Party Rights: These terms and conditions do not create any rights for third parties to enforce.

Waiver: The guesthouse's failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to do so at a later date.

Severance: If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
