Located in the heart of the city on the first floor of the Austro-Hungarian building, our hostel is just a minute's walk away from the stunning Cathedral, and is nestled across from the vibrant green market Markale. FG Boutique Hostel is located a short distance from attractions such as Sarajevo National Theatre, Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque in Sarajevo, and Sarajevo City Hall.

FG Cafe, Bistro & Bar is also located within the hostel, on the ground floor, offering selection of finest coffee, wines, juices and spirits, as well as selection of food for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

FG Boutique Hostel - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Payment Policy: Guests are required to pay for their stay in full at the time of arrival, unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by cash only.

Taxes included

General:
We only accept guests aged 18 years and over, unless accompanied by an adult.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hostel or its contents during their stay. The hostel reserves the right to charge the guest for any such damage.

Noise Policy: We ask that guests be considerate of their fellow guests and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (typically between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am).

Guest Behaviour Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates our policies, disturbs other guests, or engages in any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Liability Policy: The hostel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings, if not kept on reception desk, or for any injuries or accidents that occur on the hostel premises.

Privacy Policy: We respect our guests' privacy and will not share their personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
