Despite the great location, very close to Piccadilly Station, the atmosphere is not great, rooms, bathrooms and anyother facility is terrible poor.

The location is good. It’s right next to the train station, but there are no lockers in the rooms. And the shower worked for two minutes before all the water in the entire building shut off so no water was coming out of the taps… the staff also work at the convenient store downstairs downstairs they can often get preoccupied and hard to talk to. I had to wait 20 minutes so soaking wet waiting for the water to come back from the shower. There’s also means a lot of time the toilets won’t flush..

The worst hostel i’ve ever stayed at. Overpriced and I felt completely unsafe, especially as a solo, female. I got a private room which felt more like a prison cell. The shared toilets were disgusting with faeces on the floor and no water at all. I got woken up by a drunken man in the hallway singing and feared that he was going to try open my door. The sheets were stained and didn’t look clean at all. there were plates kept on stairway which was disgusting. I would never recommend this hostel.
