Our apartment offers you the connection of a great central location in the modern center of Dubrovnik close to the central bus station with relative vicinity of the old city and excellent public transportation possibilities with lines that lead inwards and outwards of the city. Port Gruz is the beating heart of modern Dubrovnik and its transportation hub. Our apartment consists of two separate dorm rooms for guests with door locks (all guests get the keys to the rooms), one separate room for the host, and a full shared bathroom (shower, toilet, and washing machine) as well as a kitchenette with a cooking stove, fridge, wash basin, and a small table for dining. All rooms and the toilet have an excellent view of the city and the sea. Our professional male host is available 24/7 or close by and stays at the place at the guests' disposal.

Cancellation policy: Any time. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged nothing as a courtesy of the house.

Washing machine: 15 Euros per load

House rules:

1. The kitchenette can only be used for making tea, coffee, soups, and pasta to avoid strong smells that could affect guests' and hosts' sleeping patterns. Baking and usage of heavy oil-based cooking/frying are not possible.
2. Shoes-off for the whole apartment
3. Apartment quiet time: 24.00 - 06.00

The age limit is from 18 to 49 years old. Above that, upon special request by email in advance.

We were not expecting to stay in the hosts HOUSE as it was advertised as an all-female hostel and also share a bathroom and facilities with the male host. Please be aware that the owner will frequently knock on your door and enter, even before you get a chance to respond. We were woken up well before official check out by the owner to remind us of the time. We were all in our pjs and it was extremely unsettling. No appropriate boundaries by the host.

It's exactly as described. Small room with 3 beds, cosy but comfortable and slept great. Be ready, like anywhere else in Dubrovnik, you'll need to walk up lots of steps to get there. Only downside was that rooms aren't self locking.
