Chill & friendly hostal in Mazunte, a tiny laid-back beach town on the Oaxacan coast. We have Dorms, Private Rooms, an Apartment suite, great common areas in a tropcial setting with hammocks and seating, and a shared kitchen with free organic coffee and drinking water. We do our best to respect the environment and rural nature of Mazunte by applying eco-filtration systems for our residual waters, using water-saving toilets, natural cleaning products, and separating all recycling and compost waste.

You can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing because we're located just one block away from the main beach. Conveniently, the two main streets are just one block over, so you're removed from the noise but close to the scene. Restaurants, bars, live music are all around the corner, and we can give you all the tips on snorkeling, tours, events, classes, and where to find cold cocos and great drinks.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 13:00 to 19:00. Arrive anytime and store your bags until check-in.
Check out before 12:00 .

PLEASE WRITE US with your estimated arrival time IF you will arrive after 7:00 p.m. (19:00) so we can coordinate your check-in time with staff.

Payment upon arrival by cash, card, Paypal, transferwise.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

General:

Pet policy: pets are welcome as long as your pet is friendly, trained, and can calmly be around other animals and kids, as we have dogs and cats at the hostel.

Backpack storage: You can store any luggage or items in our shared kitchen space until your room is ready if you arrive early, and we also allow you to store your items after check-out until moving on to your next destination as long as it's the same day. We don't do luggage storage for longer periods of time.

Noise: We ask for no loud parties or music past quiet hour times (11 p.m.) in the common areas so that all guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay.
