Taghazout Sea Surf Hostel - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Taghazout Sea Surf Hostel! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time: 15:00 - 22:00
Check-out time: 11:00

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged for the first night.
No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
Full payment is required upon check-in.
We accept major credit cards and cash payments in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

Accommodation:
The number of guests per room or dormitory is limited to the maximum occupancy specified.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
We offer shared and private room options. Please select your preference during booking.

House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel. Designated smoking areas are provided.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00 to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals.
Please respect the privacy and belongings of fellow guests.

Facilities and Services:
Breakfast is served daily between 07:00 and 10:00 in the dining area.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel.
We provide free parking for guests.
Surf equipment rental and lessons can be arranged through the hostel.
Transportation to surf spots is available; please inquire at the front desk.

Safety and Security:
Lockers are provided for securing your valuables. Please bring your padlock or purchase one at the front desk.
