Zostel Mussoorie (Mall Road)

Located in the heart of the hill town, Zostel Mussoorie (Mall Road) is a stone’s throw away from the ever-so-happening Mall Road. Umpteen cafes, iconic travel spots, and must-visit viewpoints (like Landour) are a brisk walk from our uber-cool hostel. With a European-style facade, the hostel features a roof-top common area for social gatherings, a picture-perfect cafe with earthy yet modern decor, a supercool workspace, and a game room to make the most of your break-from-work time. But the best part? You get to see surreal sunsets and valley views from every nook and corner around the hostel. A chill pad fit for explorers and hustlers, our chic hostel welcomes you to Musoorie’s finest offerings with lively dorms and a variety of private spaces.

- Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
- Right to admission reserved.

- We have limited free parking at this property. Also, the road leading to the property is very steep, hence we advise you to park your vehicle at paid parking spots near Picture Palace. The parking spots are 200 mtr and 500 mtr from the property, and cost varies subject to the car type.

A note of caution: A driveway leading to the property has a steep downhill section that can be challenging for some guests to navigate. To avoid any accidents, inexperienced drivers and larger vehicles (7-seaters) are advised to avoid it.

Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the total amount of your stay.
