You will also have access to our common room which has a TV, dining, a fridge, water, tea and coffee, a common kitchen, microwave.

Valencia has a nice colonial city center and is also surrounded by hills where you will find a lot of hiking opportunities in the morning or late afternoon. At 17 km from Valencia you got the hot spring of Trincheras, Thermal baths easily visited from our place. On the other side of Valencia, you got campo Carabobo, the battle fields where Simon Bolivar defeated the Spanish, with some nice monuments and change of guards every two hours. Close by Valencia there are some nice waterfalls where you can do canyoning, also Puerto Cabello and the beaches of Patanemo and Isla Larga are possible to visit on a daytrip from our hostel, even trips to Morrocoy can be arranged.

We are backpackers at heart and speak English, Spanish, French, Dutch and German. We will be more than happy to help you plan your excursions either locally or further away. We love adventure so our expertise includes hiking, cycling, scuba diving. Yoga and just about anything involving travel and fun.

Iguana Garden Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 30 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
