At Guru Hostel you will enjoy a comfortable lounge with games and entertainment, a swimming pool with solarium, a barbecue area, a restaurant and 2 kitchens for guests' use.

We have suites and shared rooms (mixed and female) with private bathroom, bedding, lockers and WiFi. We also offer transfer services, excursions and tours. You can also do outdoor activities in Mandragora Square, located in front of the hostel, which has a gym and a football field.

Located in the center of the Buzios peninsula, on the main avenue Jose Bento Ribeiro Dantas, at Guru Hostel you will benefit from an ideal location to discover the different beaches and tourist centers of the area. At the door of the hostel is the internal transfer stop VAN 1001 and Buzios.

The staff were pleasant. Everything else about the hostel is not recommended. The shower in the dorm was covered from ceiling to floor in black mold. The air conditioner in the dorm barely worked and was also covered in mold. The kitchen was dirty our entire 5-night stay. The staff gave us the wrong door code, so we were locked out and had to climb in through the window at one point. They tried to charge a 5% fee for paying for our stay with credit card but with no communication before.
