Absolutely disastrous experience. Drugdealers stay here!! I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone, especially first-time visitors to London. The hostel staff or management showed no concern or attempt to intervene when my daughter was threatened and left vulnerable, with no support. The owner’s responses were vague and late, offering no help. Furthermore, the hostel blatantly violates UK law by not checking IDs when tourists check in. Facilities are dirty and small. Far outside of London.

Compared to other hostels I’ve stayed on my trip, this one wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay there again. When I first walked into my room there was a guy standing in the middle of the room looking pretty spaced out, about to light a cigarette. His belongings were strewn across the floor. The beds were quite good and the outside area is decent. The kitchen is self catering and has lots of bench space. Entry to the hostel when I arrived was difficult. No instructions were emailed to me before.

Would give 0 if I could. Bedbugs, mould, horrible staff, no security, things going missing, i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy
