ACCEPTANCE OF KNOWLEDGE OF INFORMATION:
1. Check-in in person is from 3pm to 9:30 pm and Check Out from 9 am to 11am.
2. If you have any concerns, you should call or text via whatsapp.
3. The guest agrees to maintain an appropriate tone of voice and behavior in the facilities, in case of losing the key at extreme times, they must call the number (+57) 3043023073, and not use the bell, in order to guarantee peace of mind and take care of the dream of our guests, in case of violating this point, you will not be able to continue with your stay at the Hotel, and you will not be entitled to any refund and cancel a fine of COP 100,000.
4. The loss of the key and the TAG has a value of COP 60,000.
5. Only smoke in the balcony. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms or in the corridors of the hostel, if this happens, the guest will have a penalty of COP 60,000 for cleaning and disinfection of the place.
6. The entry of people who are not REGISTERED FROM THE BEGINNING of the reservation is not allowed (due to regulatory issues). Visitors are not allowed in the rooms, they have an additional charge per day/night of COP 60,000
7. Parties are not allowed on the premises or in the rooms. In case of disturbing guests with excessive noise, it will generate a fine of COP 100,000.
8. Kitchen items are for the exclusive use of this space, should be left clean after each use as you found them.
9. Our guests cannot authorize the entry of other guests or unknown persons to the property in order to guarantee the safety of all.
10. Pursuant to the provisions of article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, LUCCA CAPITAL SAS WILL NOT TOLERATE any type of SEXUAL TOURISM, non-exploitation and sexual abuse of minors. These behaviors have criminal and administrative sanctions for those who incur them, in accordance with current laws.
11. Erotic pictures are not allowed.
12. Failure to Check Out on time will have a penalty equivalent to one day of the value of the reserved room, which must be canceled in the lobby.
13. All deliveries or Rappi must be received at the entrance door, entry to the facilities is not allowed in order to guarantee the safety of all. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of COP 60,000.
