10/10 - the management team are super kind and helpful, the beds are comfy, the kitchen kept clean and a great in-house laundry etc - and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced but nice experience right near the beach in Dubai!

I stayed previously for one night and the experience was good but this time there were new people who managing. they are very unprofessional. they removed my laptop and bag from work place to the door near shoe rack also they forcefully asked me to leave the place and cancelled my booking. and there was a man how said i am the manager he was shouting on me. washroom was so dirty and smelly all the time. and no one is allowed to complain to the reception otherwise they will cancel your booking.
