This property was booked on Hostelworld with the deposit paid, We arrived to check in and us (plus another group) were told that they had no rooms, the staff member was not helpful or apologic blaming hostelworld for overselling the rooms and sent us all away. In theory the location was good but the service was terrible and so far I have not recieved my deposit back. Very disappointed.

main issue: dirty hostel. bathroom was filthy and unkept. my bed had what appeared to be a female's hair all over it. clearly not changed sheets but rather a bed made to look fresh. second issue: the only accept cash for room payments.
