Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is from 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

Payment: Payment must be completed upon arrival for the duration of the stay. Accepted methods include cash, credit, and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.

Pets: Pets are allowed in designated areas with prior approval. Additional fees may apply.

Liability: The management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Please secure your valuables in lockers or safes provided.

Payment and Extra Fees: A small additional fee of percentage applies for payments made by credit card.

Damage Policy: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to property or furnishings. Charges may apply based on repair or replacement costs.

Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed in rooms and dormitory areas. Outside visitors are welcome in common areas.
