Cancellation Policy:
- Refundable Reservation: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. For late cancellations or no-shows, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Non-Refundable Reservation: Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
Payment Policy:
All guests are required to contact us via email or WhatsApp after making a booking to proceed with the payment and confirm their reservation.
Please note that reservations with incomplete payment will remain on the waiting list and are subject to availability upon arrival.
