Age restrictions:
From the age of 14 you can stay in our a&o's all by yourself. All you need is a signed declaration of consent from your parents and a copy of the personal identification from the parent who signed the form.

Cancellation policy
Standard Booking:
You can cancel your booking free of charge until 1 day before arrival day. Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 11:59 p.m. CET on the day of arrival (including no-shows) will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the booking amount.

Non-refundable booking:
Property will charge the outstanding amount at any time after the booking has been made. If your card is invalid, property will contact you for new card details. If you don't provide those details, property is entitled to cancel your reservation.

Important Information:
We will charge the additional city tax at check-in.

The hotel is in a getto. Nice facility but the surrounding area isn’t very nice. When we went to check in the key cards were not working so we waited awhile. We had a room on the first floor and one side of the window locked but the other was evidently missing. Pillows are not good.

I thought this hostel was more of a hotel, but I am not complaining. I am not about the socialization aspect of hostels, but it definitely seems to be very possible here. I would recommend staying if you value cleanliness and privacy (particularly in privates).
