Ideally situated, the hostel provides easy access to key attractions, including the historic Manaus Courthouse (4.2 km), the iconic Amazon Theatre (4.3 km), and the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceiçao (4.9 km).

Online Check-in Or Pre-check-in:
For safety and comfort, we offer Online check-in (pre-check-in), which guests can complete via a link sent to the email and/or WhatsApp provided at the time of booking.
- Guests only receive access to the property after checking in online.
- If there is more than one guest, all the others must also fill in the Online check-in form using the same link sent to them.
- It is important to inform us of your arrival time, i.e. the time your flight arrives in Manaus or the time you will arrive at the Hostel so that we can better organize your stay.

Check-in:
- Check-in starts at 2 pm.
- At reception, you must show a photo ID, which can be a Passport, the National Registry of Individuals (CPF), the General Registry of Identity (RG) or a Driver's License (CNH).
- If you need a few more hours, we have “Early Check-in” from 8 am, with a charge of 50% of the daily rate of your room.
- The minimum age to stay is 18.
- Minors can only check in accompanied by a legal guardian, presenting a photo ID and legal authorization.

On the property:
- Upon arrival at the hostel, each guest is given a code to access their room and the rest of the facilities (keep this code secret).
- The hostel is equipped with a kitchen with an air fryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pans, cutlery, plates, etc.
- We recommend a supermarket in front of the hostel and some restaurants nearby so that guests can have lunch, dinner, etc.

- We use a “pre-authorization” image to post on social media. If you don't agree, just let us know.

Checkout:
- Until 12 pm.
- If you need a few more hours, we have “Late Checkout” until 6 pm, with a charge of 50% of the daily rate of your room.

Some important rules:
- Our property is monitored 24 hours a day with cameras installed in the indoor and outdoor common areas.
- We are not responsible for objects or money left in the common areas.
- For security reasons, visitors can only access the common areas with authorization from the management.
- We love pets, but they are not allowed in the hostel.
- Smoking is prohibited in any area of the property, inside or outside.
- Drugs and weapons are prohibited.
- Quiet hours: after 10 pm.
- Parties and events: only with authorization from the management.

Cancellation policy:
- When booking directly with us, we charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Canceled after the deadline or no-show? We charge 100% of the booking price.
- For dates such as Carnival, New Year and other special events: 100% non-refundable policy.
