Estacion Sur Mdp - Hospedaje Cultural
We are an Ecological, Mobile and Cultural Lodging, in the south of Mar del Plata, more precisely in the area of Acantilados. We have a SEA VIEW!!! as we are located a few meters from the beach, which has lifeguard service, surf schools and several beach bars. It is a good place for surfing and other sports such as cycling, running and others, but we are also in a strategic location with respect to the best parties and nightclubs in Mar del Plata.
Our accommodation is available for about 20 people, it is a very intimate and quiet environment. Our 3 rooms are designed with restored mobile homes: we have 1 private room for 6 people, and two shared rooms for 4/5 people each, one for girls and one for boys. Then we have a very big kitchen, 3 complete bathrooms, a work and games room with library (which is a restored collective), a very big park with vegetable garden and garden furniture and an amazing terrace with sea view.
We are partially powered by wind and solar energy, we recycle dry waste and compost wet waste and have a complex system of sanitation for our waste water. All this is aimed at reducing our impact on the territory in which we are located, which is a forest reserve that we take care of with a lot of commitment.

Cancellation Policy: 15 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
