O hostel é muito aconchegante, tive uma experiência boa com o espaço. Porém tive uma emergência familiar e precisei sair 5 dias antes do esperado, mandei mensagem algumas vezes pra tentar um reembolso pois não fiquei até o final e não tive nenhum tipo de resposta. Emergências acontecem e pagar por algo que não usufruí não é justo.
