✔ Once pre-check-in is completed, a temporary door lock password will be emailed to you.
✔ After check-in, you can communicate with the front desk anytime via the chat function in the pre-check-in page.

📌 Late Check-in (After 11 PM)
✔ Please leave your expected arrival time.
✔ A check-in guide letter will be prepared at the front desk under your name.
✔ You can enter your room freely using the temporary door lock password provided in the guide letter.
