CoZi Coliving Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. If you cancel late or Do Not Show up, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

Reception Hours: Our team is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Payment Methods: We accept cash (any currency) and bank transfers. A valid ID and payment method are required at check-in.

Age Restriction: Guests must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by an adult.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms but is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Group Bookings: For groups of 6 or more, please get in touch with us in advance to ensure availability.
