Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Early departures after check-in are also not eligible for a refund.

Reservation Confirmation

The reservation is confirmed upon full payment (100% of the amount) within 24 hours after the request.
