Bela Oya Casa Hostel – Policies and Conditions:
Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
We will contact you to charge 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the reservation.
Check-in: From 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Check-out: From 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Payment upon arrival can be made in cash (BRL), via Pix, or by credit/debit card.
