Reservation & Payment:
After booking through Hostelworld, guests are required to complete the remaining 40% payment of the total stay directly with the property to secure the reservation.

Cancellation & Modification Policy:
Applies to 50% of the initial deposit:

10+ days before arrival: 100% refund — no penalty ✅

9–3 days before arrival: 40% refund — 60% penalty ⚠️

2 days or less before arrival: No refund — 100% loss of deposit ❌
