Please note that we only accept cash for the city tax — €3.50 per night.

We don’t have a formal reception, but I’ll be there to help you check in when you arrive. 😀

👟 Shoes:
Please change into indoor slippers when entering the house. You’ll find black or grey slippers on the shoe shelf. Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside.

🛁 Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms — one near the entrance, and another one upstairs.

🍽️ Kitchen:
Feel free to cook and store your food in the fridge. Just please clean up after yourself when you’re done.

♻️ Trash & Recycling:
Please separate your waste properly. You can check the sticker labels on the bins near the staircase for guidance.

🔇 Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight.

🚭 Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony. You're welcome to smoke in the backyard, but please stay away from windows.

🔐 Valuables:
We don’t have lockers with locks, but if you have valuables, you’re welcome to ask us to store them safely in the staff room.

🧺 Laundry:
We have a washing machine available for €5 per use. Please ask before using it. You can dry your clothes in the basement or on the clotheslines outside.

🧳 Luggage Storage:
You may leave your bags in the entrance wardrobe before check-in or after check-out.
Note: Beds will only be available after 3:00 PM.

Hostel Tivoli Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Check-out before 2:00 PM.

Payment on arrival with credit and debit cards.
Taxes not included: City tax - 3.5 EUR per person per stay.
Breakfast not included.

General:
No curfew.
No pets allowed.
No children allowed.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
