Overall, this hostel offered the perfect chance to properly rest after visiting areas around Puerto Montt. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I had nice conversations with them and got to practice my Spanish. They also told me about the area, helping me avoid tourist traps. A downside is the rooms have quite thin walls, so I could hear the guy in the next room snoring. The bathroom and shower were quite cold (however it was 7 degrees in Puerto Montt). Free coffee and clean room was nice.
