TECOM Unit offers a small, hostel-style room in Dubai. Relax with the whole family in this nice, quiet and clean place to stay.
Friendly and cheerful people are sharing the flat.

Suitable for short trips and weekend breaks. Paid gym available, swimming pool is not available. Building management closed it.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas cooker and small appliances.

Excellent place to relax, close to the heart of Dubai's tourism.

TECOM Unit - Terms & Conditions:

Dear guest, to confirm your booking, you have to pay the full amount in cash & kindly provide your phone number, including WhatsApp and/or Signal Applications for chatting and easier communication. Otherwise, no reservation or booking should be confirmed for you.

Cancellation policy: 14 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first five nights of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 21:00 . (Late check-in fees will be applied)
Check out before 11:30 AM.

Security Deposit is mandatory, AED 400/person (100% refundable if not breaking the rules or causing damage to the place)
Payment in Advance by cash or any other guaranteed means, sorry for the meanwhile Are Not Available credit & debit cards Are Not Available. 4% service fee if paid with a credit card, If Any
Normal Short stay Cleaning fees AED30 1-3Days, yet the guest has to clean before leaving
Normal Short stay Cleaning fees AED50 4-7Days, yet the guest has to clean before leaving
If the guest leaves the room in very bad condition, we will deduct from the security deposit upon the situation.
