THINGS TO NOTE
Amendment, Cancellation & No Show Policies
* Non refundable or last minute bookings are non cancelable, non exchangeable and non refundable whatever the reason for the cancellation. The total of the amount of the stay is debited from your card once the booking is received.
* No charge for notification of cancellation requests 72 hours preceding your scheduled arrival date (check-in date).
* One-night charge per bed for amendment or cancellation submitted less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date (check-in date).
* In the event of 'No Show' without cancellation, Sbai Sbai Hostel has the right to charge your credit card for the total price of the reservation and will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Check in/out
* Only (a) person(s) whose name(s) is/are in the reservations can check-in the room.
* Check-in time is after 14:00 until 23:00. Check-out time is 11:00A.M.
* Valid passports (foreigners) or identification cards (Laos nationality only) are required at check-in.

Payment
* All payments will be settled upon guests check-in at our reception.
* Payment can be made by cash and credit card. Credit card payment will be added extra 3% - 4% from bank surcharge depending the type of credit card.
* 100,000 kip Room Key Deposit in cash only will be taken when check-in and refund back when check-out.
* In the case of loss, 200,000 kip will be collected.

Hostel Rules
* Behaviors of using drugs, alcohol abuse, stealing, verbal abuse, violence or brining outsiders/ non-hotel guests into the dorms will be not tolerated in Sbai Sbai Hostel. Any of these will result in being asked to leave immediately and the cancellation of the entire stay without any refund.
* All the rooms and dormitory rooms are non-smoking and smoking is permitted in the designated area only.
* Only the hostel's guests are allowed to enter the accommodation area and use the facilities in the common area.
* The guest shall be charged accordingly in case of causing any damage to the hostel's property.

Age Restriction
* People under 18 years old are not allowed to stay in any shared dormitory rooms unless the room is booked by the entire family as a private dormitory room. Failure to this rule will result the immediate cancellation with the penalty charge of one night room fee per room or bed. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email.

Additional Information
* Quiet Hours: 22:30PM - 07:00AM
* Breakfast: not included
* No outside food or drinks allowed inside the dorms
* Pets are not allowed in Sbai Sbai Hostel
* No outside guests allowed in the dorms
* No bed swapping, please stick to your assigned bed
* Guests who swap beds or use linen from another bed will be charged a penalty fee
* No drugs & firearms allowed on premises
* We don’t take any request or give any guarantee for reserving a bottom bunk. It will be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
* We also don’t guarantee that you will be all assigned in the same dorm even if the booking is made for multiple people. It is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
* We don’t accommodate anyone who disrespect our house rules and policies.

Sbai Sbai Hostel Vientiane offers a convenient location with Sihom night market, scenic Mekong River night market a few minutes away, Khop Chai Deu Restaurant 350 meters nearby and city views. Additionally, the hostel is within close proximity to numerous significant tourist attractions, all just a short stroll from your doorstep. Nearby attractions feature the picturesque Riverside Night Market, Sihom night market, the Nam Phi Fountain area, Patuxai Victory Gate, Way Sisaket, Way Si Muang Temple, and the COPE Visitor Center.

* If you’re using the Loca app or a local taxi, please request a ride to the Beer Station, situated at the intersection of Rue Nokeokoummane and Rue Samsenthai.
* Sbai Sbai Hostel is on the 2nd floor of Beer Station.
