Guests can use the pool whenever it is available. Its use is not recommended during thunderstorms. The water is natural spring water and may occasionally present some sedimentation in both the pool and in the toilets, sinks and dishwashers. It is not drinkable.

Pet rules: 1. Pet cleaning fee: A cleaning fee of 100,000 Colombian pesos will be charged if dogs soil the beds with their paws or leave bags of excrement on the property.

2. Access to the pool is prohibited: Dogs must not enter the pool under any circumstances.

3. Guest responsibility: The care and behaviour of pets is the sole responsibility of the guest.
