Best for budget-concerned backpackers-- Even there, plplease know what you're getting into. Staff apparently didn't have my dates written down correctly (?), which made check-in a very interesting process. The neighborhood's okay, but be cautious at night. Overall cleanliness is mediocre, with some parts of the building in disrepair-- Including a broken window in the kitchen, where it looks like someone tossed a rock or brick through it. Again-- Good enough if you're budget-conscious.
