Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No-Show, your card on file will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Payment: Cash or card at the front desk until reception closes at 5:00 PM. Virtual payment link required for self check-ins after 5:00 PM.

Self Check-In (Arrivals after 5:00 PM)
If you are arriving after 5:00 PM, please read the self check-in instructions below. Our reception closes at 5:00 PM, so you must contact us in advance via WhatsApp or Booking.com to coordinate your arrival.

How it works:

Payment: We will send you a secure payment link that accepts any credit or debit card. Because these links are generated manually, you must request the link and complete the payment before 12:00 AM (midnight).

Access & Room Directions: Once your payment is complete, we will send you the instructions to get to the hostel and to your room. You can physically enter the hostel at any time during the night once you have these instructions.

Cash Payments: We do not process cash payments for late self check-ins. If you prefer to pay in cash, you must arrive before 5:00 PM.

General:

This is a very good hostel, spacious with a quiet atmosphere. I stayed a day longer in Juayua just so I could spend another peaceful afternoon in a clean hostel! All the rooms are clean, the dorm room is spacious, it has a cute little living room with a TV and board games... The employee is very kind. Towels and shower shampoo are included in the price. I had such a great stay here. The hostel was spotless, very secure and the location couldn't be more central. You can walk to everything. The whole space is really well designed and clearly well cared for. The host was super flexible and easy to coordinate with, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They also hooked me up with contacts for local tours. Evelin, who’s the on site assistant is a cool person to chat with. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in the area.
