Late Check-in Policy: Our standard reception hours end strictly at 5:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after this time, you must contact us in advance via WhatsApp or messaging. Arrivals after reception closes incur a $3.00 late check-in fee. If you fail to arrive before reception closes and have not contacted us, your booking will be marked as a No-Show. Please keep us updated via WhatsApp or messaging if your arrival is delayed.
