About

Escape the Ordinary at Lazy Lads. Where the Trek Ends and the Vibe Begins
Forget the cookie-cutter stays. Lazy Lads Backpackers Hostel is the secret garden of Pokhara, a social sanctuary designed for the modern nomad who craves a balance of high-energy community and deep, quiet recovery. We aren't just a place to store your pack; we are the heartbeat of the traveller scene, tucked just far enough away from the lakeside noise to let you actually hear the mountains calling. The Lazy Lads Manifesto The Garden Social: Our lush, green courtyard is the soul of the hostel. It’s where morning coffees turn into afternoon table tennis tournaments and evening stories over drinks at our on-site bar. Whether you’re a solo explorer or travelling with a crew, you’ll find your tribe here. A Sanctuary for Every Style: From our thoughtfully designed dorms (including dedicated space for solo female travellers) to our private garden-view sanctuaries, we prioritise the details that matter: soft linens, plenty of power outlets, and a breeze that carries the scent of the lake.
The Basecamp Spirit: Built by explorers, for explorers. We know the grit of the Annapurna trails and the bliss of a hot shower after a week in the wild. We’ve created a space that understands the "hiker’s high" and the "traveller's burnout" in equal measure.
Play Hard, Chill Harder: Between our game room’s darts and ping-pong and our cosy shared lounge, there is always a reason to put down the phone and start a conversation. What’s Waiting for You: The Energy, The Comfort The Extrasocial Backyard Ortho-comfy beds High-speed fiber Wi-Fi On-site Bar & Cafe Rainfall showers Expert trekking advice, game nights & darts, and secure gear storage.

Stay lazy. Stay Legendary. At Lazy Lads, "lazy" isn't about doing nothing; it’s about doing exactly what you want, at your own pace, surrounded by people who get it. We are the bridge between your last adventure and your next one. Ready to join the family? We’ll save a spot in the garden for you.

Man the guys here were so chill but helpful at the same time. I stayed in Pokhara for about 15days with 10days being the hike, I had no issues with the luggage I left and also one of the guys used to be an ex-guide so pretty much he answered to all my questions I had with the hike. The hostel location is more of a quiet side but I didn’t mind the walk. The WiFi at the common area is super fast, it is one of the fastest WiFi I ever experienced.

Staff were fantastic, particularly Sam, as he was super accommodating and helpful when I unfortunately came down with an illness. Private rooms were great value for money, would highly recommend.
