Located with easy access to both Copenhagen Airport and the city centre, Hotel Capsule Inn is a smart base for travellers arriving late, leaving early, or exploring the capital. Copenhagen Airport is just a short metro ride away, and the city centre can be reached quickly by public transport, making it easy to move between flights, sightseeing, restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

Our DreamBoks capsules combine Japanese capsule-hotel simplicity with Scandinavian comfort. Each capsule gives you your own private space with a door and lock, fresh linens, a premium mattress, adjustable warm lighting, personal airflow, USB-A, USB-C and power outlets. The capsules are double-wide, with 140 cm width and full sitting height, making them suitable for solo travellers as well as couples.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company. Hotel Capsule Inn is operated by Hotel Capsule Inn ApS, CVR 45331679. Hotel location: Amager Centret, Reberbanegade 3, 2nd floor, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark. All bookings and stays are governed by Danish law. The reservation confirmation constitutes the legal booking document; in case of discrepancy, the reservation confirmation prevails.

Accommodation. Double DreamBoks capsules for one or two guests. Upper or lower placement is subject to availability.

Check-In and Check-Out. Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 10:00. Online check-in is required; guests receive a check-in link 24 hours before arrival and a boarding card upon completion. Upon departure, guests are required to securely close their capsule.

Cancellation. Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked.
Flexible rates allow free cancellation according to the policy displayed at the time of booking and shown on the reservation confirmation.
Non-refundable rates: full payment is taken at booking and remains non-refundable. For all bookings, payment remains due in case of cancellation outside the free window, modification, or no-show, as per the conditions of the rate booked. No-show charges are applied automatically.
Always refer to your reservation confirmation for the final conditions of your booking.

Third-Party Bookings. Reservations made through third-party platforms (such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hostelworld, or any other online travel agency or distribution partner) are governed by the terms and conditions of the platform through which the booking was made, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. For any modification, cancellation, refund request, or general inquiry related to such bookings, guests must address the third-party platform directly. Hotel Capsule Inn cannot intervene in disputes related to booking errors made by or through the third party, information, images, prices, descriptions or amenities displayed by the third party on its platform, cancellation, modification or payment policies imposed by the third party, or payment processing handled by the third party. Hotel Capsule Inn is not liable for any content, statement, or commercial offer published by third parties on their respective platforms. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, and to ensure the best available rate, we always recommend booking directly via our website.

Minimum Age and Minors. Hotel Capsule Inn is designed for independent travelers. Capsules are not suitable for young children. Guests under 15 are not accepted on the property. Guests aged 15 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Independent 17-year-old travelers may be accepted at the property's sole discretion, subject to advance written approval and presentation of a valid ID at check-in. The booking guest accepts full responsibility for any accompanied minor staying on the property.

House Rules. Hotel Capsule Inn is a non-smoking, quiet, and respectful environment. The sleeping area is a quiet zone at all times; parties, loud conversations, music, and any other form of disturbance are not permitted in or around the capsules.
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire property; a fee of DKK 1,000 applies for any violation, and any additional cleaning, repair, or compliance costs exceeding this amount will be billed to the guest.
In the event the fire alarm is triggered and emergency services (fire brigade) intervene, a fee of DKK 15,000 will be charged, and any additional losses, damages or costs incurred will be billed to the guest without further discussion.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the premises. Food may not be consumed inside the capsules or in the common sleeping areas.
Pets are not permitted.
Parties, external visitors, and disturbing behaviour are not permitted.
Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Damages, Cleaning, and Special Charges.
Capsules and common areas must be left in reasonable condition.
The following charges apply, in addition to any direct cost of repair or replacement, and are billed directly to the credit card on file: damage to capsule, furniture, fixtures or equipment is charged at cost; lost, damaged or unreturned access device, DKK 500; excessive or extraordinary cleaning (vomit, urine, biological soiling, etc.), DKK 2,500; smoking inside the property, DKK 1,000 plus any additional costs; activation of the fire alarm requiring fire brigade intervention, DKK 15,000 plus any additional costs; disturbing behaviour requiring intervention, DKK 5,000; theft of property items (towels, linens, equipment) at full replacement cost plus DKK 500 administrative fee.
Damages or losses caused by minors or accompanied guests remain the full responsibility of the booking guest. Any additional losses or costs incurred will be billed to the guest without further discussion.

Luggage. Luggage may be stored inside the DreamBoks during your stay using the secure digital lock. Paid lockers are available before check-in and after check-out for additional storage.
Security and Personal Data. The property is equipped with CCTV in common areas for security purposes. Capsule interiors and bathrooms are not monitored. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in our privacy section in our website. We may send you marketing communications only with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting our email address. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and port your personal data, as well as to object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. For any data-related request, please contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet — www.datatilsynet.dk).

Force Majeure. Hotel Capsule Inn shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, government actions, strikes, pandemics, terrorism, war, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the hotel will work in good faith with affected guests to find a reasonable solution within the limits of applicable law.

Liability Limitation. To the extent permitted by Danish law, Hotel Capsule Inn's liability for any direct loss arising from a stay is limited to the amount paid for the booking concerned. The hotel shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings beyond what is required by law. Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings; secure storage is provided via the in-capsule digital lock, and paid lockers are also available.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with a booking or stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) serving as the court of first instance.
Modifications of These Terms. Hotel Capsule Inn reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking. The most recent version is always available at our website.

Data We Collect. We collect reservation data (name, email, phone, stay details), payment data processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, ID information at check-in as required by Danish law, CCTV footage in common areas for safety purposes, and website usage data and cookies when you browse our website. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Purpose of Processing. Your data is processed to fulfill your reservation, communicate about your stay, comply with legal obligations (e.g. guest registration), ensure on-site safety, improve our services, and send marketing communications (only with your consent).

Legal Basis. We process data based on contractual necessity (reservation fulfillment), legal obligation (guest registration, accounting), legitimate interest (service improvement, safety), and consent (marketing communications).

Data Retention. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Danish and European Union law. Accounting documents are retained for the period required by Danish bookkeeping legislation. Other personal data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer required for our operational, legal, or regulatory purposes. CCTV recordings are retained for the minimum period reasonably necessary for safety and security purposes. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your Rights. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us . We will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet — www.datatilsynet.dk).

Data Security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. We may share personal data only with carefully selected categories of third-party service providers necessary for our operations, such as providers of reservation and property management systems, revenue and channel distribution tools, payment processing, and communication services. All providers are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
