Green House by Truster is a cozy and laid-back surf house located in the heart of Baleal, created for surfers, solo travelers, groups, couples, and digital nomads looking for an authentic, comfortable experience filled with good vibes. As part of the Truster Stoked Club project, the house combines a strong sense of community and surf lifestyle with a modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed atmosphere.

Just a few minutes walking distance from iconic surf spots such as Baleal, Lagide, and Cantinho da Baía, Green House is the perfect base for those who want to surf, relax, work remotely, or simply enjoy the peaceful rhythm of Portugal’s west coast. The vibe is social yet balanced - more focused on connection, sunsets, shared dinners, and genuine experiences than on a party atmosphere.

The accommodation offers different stay options, including a private suite, mixed dorm, and female dorm, all with access to spacious common areas, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, free Wi-Fi, outdoor terrace, BBQ area, and chill zone. The decoration blends a modern surf house style with a warm and relaxed atmosphere, creating a comfortable experience without losing authenticity.

More than just accommodation, Green House is deeply connected to surfing and the local community, also offering surf lessons, surf guiding, surf skate sessions, video analysis, and other activities through Truster Stoked Club. The goal is to provide a memorable stay focused on good waves, good people, and good vibes.

Prices and Taxes
Prices may vary depending on season, availability, length of stay, or ongoing promotional campaigns.
Green House by Truster reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed reservations.

Payments and Check-in / Check-out Conditions
Depending on the rate and booking platform used, a deposit or partial prepayment may be required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance of the stay must be paid at check-in, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Check-in and check-out follow the times indicated in the reservation. Late check-ins may be subject to prior confirmation.
The property reserves the right to request a valid identification document and/or a security deposit in certain situations.

Accessibility or Special Needs
Green House by Truster will do its best to accommodate special needs whenever informed in advance. However, due to the structural characteristics of the property, not all areas may be fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
We recommend informing us of any specific needs before booking so we can confirm availability and suitable conditions.

Parking
Parking near the property is public and free of charge, subject to availability.
Green House by Truster is not responsible for damages, theft, or incidents involving vehicles parked nearby.

Events at the Property
Parties, private events, or activities that disturb the rest and well-being of other guests are not allowed without prior management approval.
Green House by Truster reserves the right to stop any behavior considered inappropriate, excessive, or disrespectful toward the house rules and surrounding community.

Dispute and Problem Resolution
Any issue related to the stay should be reported to the Green House by Truster team as soon as possible, allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter during the stay.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before pursuing legal action.

Use of Personal Data
Personal data provided by guests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used exclusively for reservation management, stay-related communication, compliance with legal obligations, and service improvement purposes.
By making a reservation, the guest authorizes the processing of their personal data under the terms described above.

Legal Liability
Each guest is responsible for their own actions, personal belongings, and proper use of the facilities during their stay.
Green House by Truster shall not be held liable for loss, theft, personal injury, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of the facilities, third parties, natural events, or situations beyond its reasonable control.
Guests may be held responsible for damages caused to the property, furniture, equipment, or common areas.

Force Majeure
Green House by Truster shall not be held liable for the total or partial failure to fulfill its obligations when caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, power outages, pandemics, government decisions, or other force majeure events.

Third-Party Rights
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively between Green House by Truster and the guest responsible for the reservation and do not grant specific rights to third parties.

Waiver
Failure or delay by Green House by Truster in enforcing any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.

Termination
Green House by Truster reserves the right to cancel or immediately terminate a stay, without refund, in cases of abusive behavior, serious violation of house rules, property damage, significant disturbance to other guests, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Guests may also cancel their reservation according to the cancellation policy applicable to the rate or booking platform used for the reservation.
