A Note on Our Lively Location 🏘️
Because we are located right in the vibrant heart of San Juan, next to the main street, you will experience the authentic daily life of a real Mayan town! This means you will hear the local town sounds—passing tuk-tuks, motorcycles, and the occasional local dogs at night. We love our lively neighborhood, but if you are a light sleeper, we highly recommend bringing earplugs. Being in the center means you are just steps away from all the action!

Chipotli - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 10 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
