Amplitude Coliving is a community-focused co-living space in Puerto Escondido designed for remote workers, creatives, surfers, and long-term travelers. It combines furnished accommodations with shared social spaces, cowork-friendly amenities, and a collaborative, hostel-style atmosphere that encourages connection, events, and community living.

Our air-conditioned coworking space is designed for productivity and comfort, and socialising. Amplitude is one of the few coliving spaces in Puerto Escondido equipped with both fiber optic internet and Starlink, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity. We also have battery backup systems to keep the internet and essential work infrastructure running during power outages, so you can stay online and never drop a call.

Amplitude Coliving is located in La Punta, the newest and most popular neighbourhood in Puerto Escondido known for its mix of local culture, surf lifestyle, and growing digital nomad community. The neighborhood has a relaxed, walk-able feel with nearby cafés, taco spots, small markets, gyms, and beaches. It’s active but not overly touristy, with a balance of authentic local life and international travelers.

You’re close enough to enjoy nightlife, co-working, and surf breaks, while still having a quieter residential atmosphere for longer stays and remote work.

Cancellation policy: 7 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
