** Prague Retreat Vinohrady - Urban Stay Conditions: **
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
Identification
Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in
Minimum age 18 (under-18s must be with a guardian or have signed parental consent)
Quiet Hours
23:00–08:00 in dorms and common areas
Smoking & Alcohol
No smoking (including vapes) indoors — 5,000 CZK fine, plus 10,000 CZK if fire services are called
Alcohol allowed only in designated bar/courtyard areas
Guest Behavior
Damage or disruptive behavior → immediate eviction, no refund
Visitors
Not allowed in dorms; allowed in common areas during the day with reception approval
Liability
Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings; lockers available
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards.
