# Terms & Conditions

## Cancellation Policy

* In case of a **late cancellation** or **no-show**, the **first night's stay** will be charged.

## Check-in & Check-out

* **Check-in:** 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
* **Check-out:** Before 12:00 PM (Noon)

**Late Check-in:**
Our reception closes at **8:00 PM**. If you expect to arrive after this time, you **must inform us in advance** by WhatsApp and receive confirmation from our Customer Care team before your arrival. Late check-in cannot be guaranteed without prior approval.

## Payment

* Payment is due **upon check-in** by **cash, credit card, or debit card**.
* The property may **pre-authorize your card** before arrival.
* The **full booking amount must be paid in advance at check-in**.
* All payments are subject to the cancellation policy and are **non-refundable** where applicable.

## Security Deposit

* A **refundable security deposit of LKR 1,000** per guest is required upon check-in.
* The deposit will be refunded at check-out after the room and hostel facilities have been inspected for damages or missing items.

## Towels

* Towels are available for rent at **LKR 300** for the duration of your stay.

## Visitors Policy

* Visitors are welcome **between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM**.
* Visitors are only permitted in the **common areas**.
* **No outside guests are allowed on the property after 9:00 PM**.
* Outside guests are **not permitted in guest rooms or dormitories** at any time.

## Food & Beverages

* Outside food and beverages are **not permitted** on the property.
* Our restaurant and café menu is available daily from **8:00 AM to 9:00 PM**.
* Breakfast is **not included** and can be ordered from our **à la carte menu**.

## Guest Conduct

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

* Respect fellow guests and hostel staff at all times.
* Any behavior causing disturbance, harassment, excessive noise, or nuisance to other guests will **not be tolerated**.
* Guests engaging in disruptive behavior may be **asked to leave the property immediately without any refund**.
* Any **illegal activities** are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property and, where necessary, notification of local authorities.

## Quiet Hours

* **Quiet hours:** **10:30 PM – 8:00 AM**
* Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect other guests.

## Smoking

* Smoking is only permitted in **designated smoking areas**.

## Children & Pets

* No children allowed.
* No pets allowed.

## Taxes

* All applicable taxes are included in the room rate.

## General

* No curfew.
* Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if guests fail to comply with these terms and house rules.
