Welcome to Arrà, a welcoming and dynamic property designed to offer maximum flexibility for solo travelers, groups, and families.
Located in the peaceful setting of Sale San Giovanni, our property spans two levels, perfectly combining modern hostel hospitality on the top floor with our excellent contemporary international cuisine restaurant on the ground floor.

We are strategically located just a short distance from the A6 Torino-Savona highway (Ceva exit), making us the ultimate starting point for exploring the Alta Langa nature trails, the Langhe wine roads, and nearby top tourist attractions like the Parco Safari.

Our Rooms & Bed Layout:
The property features a total inventory of 20 beds arranged across 4 distinct room types.
To guarantee the highest standard of comfort and privacy, every single room is equipped with its own en-suite private bathroom:
Family Room with Balcony & View:
Our most premium room, featuring 1 comfortable double bed and 1 sturdy single bunk bed (sleeping 4 guests total).
It includes a beautiful private balcony with panoramic hill views.
Standard 4-Bed Room:
A comfortable budget option equipped with 2 sturdy single bunk beds (sleeping 4 guests total).
6-Bed Room with Balcony & View:
A spacious shared or private dormitory setup featuring sturdy bunk beds and a private balcony with panoramic views.
Standard 6-Bed Room:
A quiet, classic dormitory setup equipped with sturdy bunk beds, perfect for budget-conscious travelers.
Note: Depending on availability, rooms can be booked entirely as private units for families/groups, or beds can be booked individually as shared dormitories.

Common Areas & Property Rules:
The Restaurant:
Located on the ground floor, our restaurant serves refined, contemporary international dishes for lunch and dinner. We highly recommend booking a table well in advance!
No Guest Kitchen:
Please note that there is no communal kitchen available for guest use on the property.
Bringing or using personal cooking stoves inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the standard room rate but is available exclusively upon request as an optional extra service.
Hygiene & Cleaning Policy:
Maximum hygiene is guaranteed. Every bed and room is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided with fresh linens before every arrival.
To keep our rates affordable, intermediate room servicing and extra linen changes during your stay are done strictly upon request, only for stays exceeding 5 days, and are subject to an additional fee.
Quiet Hours:
To ensure a community living courtesy, quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Accessibility:
Rooms are located on the first floor and are accessible only by stairs.
There is no elevator. Free outdoor private parking is accessible right in front of the building.
