Summary of traveller reviews

Apu Wasi in Cusco offers a friendly welcome and is situated in a peaceful, secure area close to San Blas attractions. Staff are very helpful. Some rooms can be cold and lack hot water, with occasional issues like leaking toilets or noisy windows.

mediocre at best. stayed 2 nights and had to ask to switch rooms because the toilet was leaking from the bottom, staff cleaned it and after an hour of not using it it did it again. guy at the desk was really accommodating about giving us a new room so shout out to him. the window opened to the inside kitchen area so it was pretty loud when staff were down there doin their thing. rooms were freezing too and it was a mission to find staff to get more toilet paper or anything.

O hostel é muito bom. Apenas tivemos um pouco de dificuldade de conseguir um banho quente e o local é próximo ao centro histórico, apesar de ficar em um local alto.

The kitchen was such a mess, there was a cat eating some raw chicken breast and nothing looked clean enough to use. The place is way up in the hill and given the city altitude it might take you an effort to walk back from the main square. When rain arrived we noticed a considerable leak coming from the dorm's roof, we had to move the beds in order to sleep dry.
