Welcome to Youth Hostel Rothenburg. The only hostel right in the heart of the city, all points of interest within walking distance. No curfew, WLAN, security lockers for each guest in the room, luggage storage. Large breakfast buffet included, cheap meals all you can eat available. Please note that all our rooms are fitted with bunk beds.

Hostel in two historical buildings, 183 beds in a splendid location and charming medieval atmosphere. Inside old town, 8 min. walking from market place and 15 min from station.
We kindly remind you that a valid membership to hostelling international is required for a stay in our hostels. You can apply for a membership in your home country or purchase a membership card directly in our hostels.

Youth Hostel Rothenburg o.d.T. in Rothenburg offers a fantastic location and very friendly, welcoming staff. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Some recent guests noted it can be noisy, especially when large groups of young people are present, and WiFi is limited to common areas.

This hostel was okay… but it definitely lacked an atmosphere where you could hang out not surrounded by children or in the main dining hall where other events are being held. Made it a bit tricky to just chill. Also the wifi was very spotty and slow and didn’t work in the rooms at all. But everything was very clean and the towels were really soft. The breakfast was typical but plentiful! Even though it’s on the edge of the main city and fairly quiet outside, inside the noise was very echoey.
