Summary of traveller reviews

BUNK Surfers Paradise in Australia offers a fantastic location, close to the beach and town centre. Many guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, with particular mention of Rex and Jen. The rooms are often described as clean and private, with some enjoying the spacious communal areas and pool. However, some recent reviews note issues with cleanliness in bathrooms and kitchens, and occasional problems with WiFi and noisy street. It's a great spot for solo travellers and groups looking for a lively atmosphere.

Compared to other hostels at the Gold Coast this one gets you the most for a good amount of money. Other hostels are more expensive and don’t have more to offer. The rooms look modern and nice. The ac was just heating instead of cooling but besides that I had a great stay

Nice hostel, great location, friendly staff. The WiFi didn’t work in my room. Wasn’t very social either. Also had a long stay in the room, so it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Housekeeping would come in, change the sheets and empty the bins but didn’t hoover etc
